Commercial Dumpling Machine RFQ Guide
Successful sourcing begins with the real wrapper dough, filling and finished product rather than a nominal pieces-per-hour figure.
Define every product
List wrapper ingredients, dough condition, filling texture, target piece weight, dimensions, closure and appearance. Separate specifications for each recipe or shape.
Calculate useful output
State accepted pieces per hour and shift. Include loading, adjustments, recipe changes, inspection, rejects and sanitation in the capacity review.
Plan a sample trial
Agree on representative materials, batch size, operating settings and acceptance points. Record weight variation, seal integrity, appearance, usable yield and cleaning time.
RFQ checklist
- Dough and filling descriptions
- Product sizes, weights and shapes
- Hourly and shift demand
- Changeover and cleaning needs
- Voltage, space and downstream handling
